1. How much time is required for the delivery of the goods?

Due to the customization of the product, please allow up to 15 days to manufacture your personal rack. Depending on the type of shipment request is possible to provide delivery in 1-3 days(USA ONLY), 6-10 days, 10-15 days.

2. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, USA ONLY.

3. Can I check the status of the order I placed?

Once your order has been processed, you will be given an identification number so you can track your order.

4. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours.

5. Is there an instruction manual?

The kit includes a DVD/CD with all the instructions.

6. What is the load capacity of the rack?

The load capacity of the model UNIVERSAL is 68 kg, while that of models for FIAT 500 is 35 kg.

7. How many models are available for FIAT 500?

There are 4 models consisting of five or seven elements (aluminum only), 11 or 13 elements (aluminum and wood panels).

8. Can I request a color other than the default?

For models suitable for FIAT 500, you can choose from nine colors for the aluminum frame and four colors for the wood panels. Additionally, you can choose from three combinations that mimic the Italian flag, German or French.

Please note, the UNIVERSAL model is available in only the standard color.

9. Can I also buy accessories?

Yes, on the site you can buy bungee cords, straps or retractable cargo nets.

10. Does the kit include all the elements needed for installation?

Yes, the kit includes everything you need to assemble and install your rack.

11. I live in an extreme climate. How well will the wood hold up?

The wood is treated with Minwax Helmsman Spar Urethane Clear Gloss after it is stained. This makes the wood have a high resistance to Sunlight, Rain & Moisture and Temperature Changes.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Depending on the type of shipment request is possible to provide for the delivery 1-3 days(USA ONLY), 6-10 days, 10-15 days.

DELIVERY TIMES

Shipments are made on weekdays, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible. The time order processing and packing can be up to 10 working days after the day on which the order was made. For special requirements, you can request urgent shipments.

After sending your order, we will send you e-mail an identification number. On rare occasions there may be delays in production. However, delays do not constitute a valid reason for requesting the cancellation of the order.

GUARANTEE AND REPLACEMENT

Limited One Year Warranty

IQ RACK CAR RACK SYSTEMS LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY [EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1, 2012]

IQ RACK will warranty all IQ RACK brand car rack systems and its accessories manufactured by IQ RACK during the time that an original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person.

Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, IQ RACK will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition, IQ RACK may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new IQ RACK load carrier system.

No warranty is given for defects caused by normal wear and tear, cosmetic rust, scratches, accidents, unlawful vehicle operation, or modification of, or any types of repair of, a load carrier system other than those authorized by IQ RACK.

No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond IQ RACK’s control including, but not limited to, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, mount or use the product in accordance with IQ RACK’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser.

No warranty is given for IQ RACK products purchased outside of the United States, Canada and Mexico.

In the event that a product is defective, the purchaser should contact the IQ RACK dealer from whom the product was purchased or an Authorized IQ RACK Service Center. If the dealer or Authorized IQ RACK Service Center is not able to correct the defect, the purchaser should contact IQ RACK in writing or by phone using the contact information listed at the bottom of this page.

In the event that a product needs to be returned to IQ RACK, a IQ RACK technician at the address or telephone number listed below will provide the purchaser with the appropriate mailing address and any additional instructions. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of mailing the product to IQ RACK and that proof of purchase in the form of an original purchase invoice or receipt and a detailed description of the defect must be included in the mailing.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND OR CREDIT (AS DETERMINED BY IQ RACK) IS A PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. DAMAGE TO A PURCHASER’S VEHICLE, CARGO AND/OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS EXCLUDED.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IQ RACK’S SOLE LIABILITY TO ANY PURCHASER IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDY SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL IQ RACK BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
